Plot summary: How Sanjay becomes Sanjana and learns to respect women

The film follows the story of Sanjay Patel (Aftab Shivdasani), a wealthy Gujarati-speaking Casanova who works as an executive in an advertisement firm. He believes in dating and flirting with a wide assortment of young women, and breaking their hearts. He is very friendly with his co-worker Shekhar (Riteish Deshmukh), who is exactly his opposite when it comes to women.

One day, Sanjay's flirtatious actions land him in trouble with three women, Loveleen (Divya Dutta), Seema (Kainaaz Pervees), and Rita (Anangsha Biswas). He is attacked by them and dies.
